SHIPPING
All shipments within Italy for products purchased on www.robertocalzature.it are handled by CRONO/BRT.
Shipping across the entire Italian territory (including islands) is free for orders over €59.00.
For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €6.90 will apply.
For cash on delivery (COD) shipments within Italy, an additional fee of €5 will be charged.
For international shipments, we use UPS, DHL, or CRONO Internazionale.
Delivery times within Italy are, on average, 2 working days, although this may increase for deliveries to islands or remote areas not easily served by CRONO/BRT.

We are pleased to offer international shipping to the United States.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping address and customs clearance.
We are not responsible for any delays due to customs procedures or local courier issues once the shipment has left Italy.

www.robertocalzature.it is committed to processing orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Such delays do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or contract.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The delivery date indicated on the courier's document, signed upon receipt, shall be considered valid.
A refund will be granted only if the returned items are intact, never worn (e.g., shoes), or unopened (e.g., creams, polishes, etc.), and in their original, undamaged packaging.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by sending a registered letter with return receipt.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The refund will be processed within thirty (30) days from receipt of the registered letter by www.robertocalzature.it.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer, so please provide your IBAN.
EXCHANGES
To request an exchange, the customer must:

Send an email to info@robertocalzature.it within 7 days of receiving the package, stating the intention to exchange the item.
